Fridi
Food discovery platform
Fridi is a web app I designed and launched to help independent food businesses in Uruguay showcase their offerings and reach new customers.
I identified a recurring challenge: many local businesses struggled to promote their food online and be discovered by new audiences.
I designed the platform, onboarded the first merchants, and launched the first MVP in Pando with nine active food businesses.

Reimagining the sales experience
I led product design for an e-commerce application for a Uruguayan apparel brand.
The initiative began with a proposal I presented to build a digital platform where customers could browse the catalog and purchase effortlessly from any device.
I owned the end-to-end product design: user research, information architecture, user experience, and interface design. The goal was a clear, intuitive experience that improved product discovery and simplified purchasing.
I partnered closely with company leadership to define the product vision, align commercial priorities with user needs, and establish the foundation for one of the country’s early mobile shopping apps for apparel.

FICHA
Player eligibility verification system
FICHA is a digital tool I designed and developed for an amateur soccer league in Pando, Uruguay.
The project addressed a concrete operational need: referees and team delegates lacked a fast, reliable way to verify whether a player was eligible based on their medical certificate.
I designed and developed a mobile-first progressive web app focused on one essential action: search for a player and instantly view eligibility status.
I implemented real-time search with typo tolerance, a complete admin dashboard for more than 3,900 players and 29 teams, and an automated certificate-expiration workflow that removed manual oversight.
Following the MVP launch, I continued evolving the product with the client, adding features such as a disciplinary module to record and review player suspensions.

TRIA HOME
Website identity redesign
TRIA HOME is a Uruguayan home décor and lifestyle retailer with an active social media presence and Meta campaigns.
I led a full e-commerce redesign, migrating the storefront from Shopify’s native frontend to Framer to deliver a faster, more distinctive shopping experience.
Shopify remained the backend for product, inventory, and payment management. I also integrated Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to preserve campaign tracking and conversion measurement.

Verdún inmobiliaria
Website design and development
I designed and developed the first website for a real estate agency that had no prior digital presence.
The project goal was a modern, easy-to-use platform where visitors could explore properties, understand the business, and get in touch quickly from any device.
I applied a mobile-first approach, defining the site’s visual language, color system, and typography to build trust and differentiate the agency in its local market.
The result was a clear, functional website that improved the agency’s online visibility and made it easier for prospective clients to connect.

Digital presence and brand identity redesign
I designed and led the delivery of a new website for a company that needed to modernize its online presence and better communicate its products and services.
The work included user experience and interface design, creating a responsive website where visitors could learn about the company, explore its catalog, and access contact information easily.
To deliver the project, I assembled and coordinated a small cross-functional team of a community manager and brand lead, guiding the work from planning through launch.
Together, we developed the brand’s visual identity, defining graphic direction, colors, and typography to establish a cohesive, professional presence.
We also strengthened the company’s digital presence by updating its Google Business profile, improving available information and creating more opportunities for prospective customer engagement.
Looking ahead, the site is structured to support future e-commerce functionality and validate online product sales.

Digital presence and visual identity
I designed the user experience and visual interface for the first website of a company bringing a specialized software product to market.
The goal was to establish a clear, professional digital presence that explained the product, communicated its value, and made it easier for prospective customers to connect.
Alongside the website, I developed the complete visual identity for the brand, including its logo, color system, and typography, creating a cohesive experience across devices.
The result was a modern, functional website that clearly positioned the software and strengthened the company’s digital presence.

Definitive money digital conversion
This academic project began at Lisbon School of Design, where I explored the barriers to digital money movement in Uruguay.
Despite growing mobile adoption, many people still face friction when exchanging or transferring money quickly and simply between individuals.
In response, I developed a mobile-app concept focused on simplifying these transactions through a clear, intuitive experience.
I owned product concept development, collaborator recruitment, and the design of both the user experience and visual interface.
Although the product was not launched because of resource constraints, the project let me explore the full digital product design process—from initial idea through concept development and early validation.

I’m a digital product designer focused on creating simple, useful experiences for people. I’m drawn to work where design can solve meaningful problems, from improving visibility for small businesses to shaping new digital products from the ground up.
Across my work, I’ve contributed to the strategy and design of applications, websites, and digital platforms, owning work from user research and product definition through experience and interface design. I’ve also partnered directly with founders and businesses to align user needs with commercial goals.
I especially enjoy early-stage work, where I can contribute from the initial idea, establish product structure, and help turn a vision into a clear, functional digital experience.
